Where is your sweet spot, your happy place, the place you always feel at home? Mine is a little dock on a lake in New Hampshire. I feel a deep sense of peace and stillness whenever I’m there. I can’t be there all the time, so I told myself I wanted to take a sense of it with me wherever I go.

I've started a few blogs over the years, and none of them have stuck...life has always been filled with a million other distractions, and I was never quite sure how to focus my many different interests and adventures into a single cohesive blog. I'm still not certain I've figured that out...but much like any adventure in life...the main thing is to, in the words of the lovely Meryll Streep, "start by starting."
