Hi and welcome. Do you have a sweet spot in the world? A happy place? Somewhere you always feel at home? Mine is a little dock on a lake in New Hampshire. I can’t always be there, that place where everything seems to flow easily, and it’s been my journey with yoga and writing that’s helped me learn how to cultivate that peaceful-restful-everything’s-going-to-be-okay essence with me wherever I may be.
My career has taken me from Washington, DC to Southern California and back home to Chicago. From my very first job as a bookseller, I’ve always been involved with books, writing, and author PR/events in some way, shape, or form. Have you been thinking about writing a book? Let’s talk about how to get it published. Already published your book? Congratulations! We can chat about putting a PR and promotion plan together.
Most days you can usually find me in Chicago, embracing slow living as much as I can. I used to travel almost weekly for work, and the pandemic brought a welcome switch to simply being home. But every now and then you might still spot me and my origami cranes in an airplane window seat. If you’re curious about my yoga work, my yoga bio is below.
